Winter in Bangladesh often brings severe hardship to poor, helpless, and underprivileged communities. Many low-income families, homeless individuals, children, and elderly people struggle to survive the harsh cold without adequate warm clothing. For them, purchasing winter clothes is often beyond their financial capacity, making the season extremely painful and challenging.
To address this urgent humanitarian need and bring hope against the cold, the non-profit organization Shoshi Foundation organized a small but meaningful step of humanity, the Winter Clothes Distribution Program 2026 at Machamoil Degree College, Rajshahi, aiming to provide immediate relief and support to those most affected by winter conditions.

Through this initiative, the foundation extended warmth, care, and dignity to disadvantaged individuals, helping them face the winter with greater comfort and safety. As a result, many underprivileged people received essential winter clothing, significantly easing their struggle during the harsh weather.

As the distribution began, we discovered smiles slowly replaced discomfort. Warm clothes were handed over with compassion and respect, ensuring that every individual felt valued and supported. Volunteers worked closely with the community, ensuring that support reached the most vulnerable people with dignity and order. Every interaction reflected a shared message of humanity: no one should suffer alone in the cold.
Through this program, Shoshi Foundation reaffirms its commitment to stand for the welfare of humanity, reminding us that compassion and humanity never fade, even in the hardest times.
