Health is one of the most essential basic needs of human life. Good health is something everyone aspires to, as it forms the foundation for a better, more productive life. However, in reality, many people in our society are still unable to access proper medical treatment due to financial limitations.

Due to economic hardship, limited health awareness, and insufficient access to healthcare services, many individuals fail to seek timely medical attention. As a result, minor health issues often develop into more serious conditions, making their lives even more difficult.

Understanding this urgent need, the non-profit organization Shoshi Foundation took a humanitarian initiative to organize the Free Medical Camp & Free Medicine Distribution Program on 30 November 2024, saturday at Teghoriya, Keraniganj, Dhaka. The objective of this program was to provide accessible healthcare services to underprivileged communities and ensure basic medical support for those in need.

Volunteers and healthcare providers ensured smooth coordination and maintained a respectful, patient-friendly environment throughout the event. Every effort reflected Shoshi Foundation’s commitment to compassion, dignity, and humanitarian service. Through the Free Medical Camp 2024, Shoshi Foundation reaffirms its mission to serve humanity by making healthcare more accessible, affordable, and inclusive for underprivileged communities. 

On the same day, as part of the free medical camp organized by Shoshi Foundation under the guidance of pioneer acupuncture and pain specialist Dr. S. M. Shahidul Islam, PhD, PPM, thousands of individuals from vulnerable communities in Teghoriya, Keraniganj, Dhaka were provided with free medicines after thorough health check-ups.
